When I arrived, amazingly rude and condescending manager (Mingo) then took over and things just went south from there. Extremely poor service and very poor deal. After sitting in the "showroom" (dilapidated office space) for 8 hours, they closed and told me to come back tomorrow. Then they said the only offer they could get was 16% financing over 6 years on a $15K car. My credit is in the lower 700s and I ended up buying a 2012 Lexus for 27k at 8% at another dealer. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!"

My Toyota Highlander was bought from Toyota of the Bronx on Boston Road and had a J at the beginning of the vin number saying it was made in Japan. As the deal had been agreed I had to go through with this and ended up with $23 thousand dollars on finance as I put $12 thousand down was expecting to receive the $10/12 thousand from my trade in leaving a finance bill of approx $10 thousand Instead I ended up with $21 thousand on finance.The original price of the Cruiser was $26 thousand but somehow the dealership managed to bump it up so in the end the selling price was $38 thousand. Never trust a Toyota Dealership. I have been with Toyota for 12 years but this will be the last time.I advise people never to go to Fordham Toyota in the Bronx. They are a gang of crooks just there to rip off innocent customers"
