He is a salesman keep in mind...that sells cars...don't waste your time...I beg you...go elsewhere...run from that place...run run run...again run run run...I mean car salesman have a reputation Findaly Toyota takes that reputation and lives up and surpasses it...verbal agreements mean nothing to these people...NOTHING...please help put them out of business In a quality place like flagstaff...there is no room for crooks like that there..."
