"Inventory is what it is: they had a lot of cars but a limited number of the model I wanted. Their service was terrific. Attentive sales staff but not TOO attentive if you know what I mean. Seemingly honest transaction (if you only buy a car every 10 years you don't have great skill at understanding the big picture and negotiating well on your own behalf. That's why you rely on an honest dealer). Well informed staff. It's a complicated process even in its simplest form. Their website was informative and allowed comparative shopping."
