Some may see that as efficient, but it tells me that there is poor internal communication. Not one of half dozen people I spoke with could tell me anything about the car, which is really the point of speaking with someone about buying a car... Car had clearly been wrecked and very poorly repaired, which attests to the condition of the vehicles taken in. On the plus side, no one had to be dishonest about the condition of the car since no one knew anything about it. I've also received more than a handful of emails telling me to "rate my experience." I was going to ignore the requests as I didn't care, but since I got a half dozen- here you are folks."

I think 20% in fees is a bit overboard ($4500 car, $900 in fees)."

Contacted salesman 20 minutes before arrival to again verify. Got to dealership and was told vehicle was sold earlier that morning - hours before I called. They then had the nerve to try to bait and switch. I couldn't even believe they tried that. Buyer beware if you are dealing with Stevinson Toyota. Good luck!"
