We purchased on a Wednesday, but the car had not been cleaned or inspected, since they had just got it in. We didn't mind waiting, so we said we'd pick it up Friday evening. Then my wife decided she'd like to drive it to an out-of-town meeting on Friday morning. On top of that, as a surprise for my wife, I decided I'd like to have a remote starter put on it before I picked up the car. I called Thursday morning about 8:30...Can I pick up the car this evening (Thursday) rather than Friday and oh by the way, can you install a remote starter before I pick it up? My salesman and the service department made the inspection, the remote starter and detailing all happen by 8:30 PM! I'll definitely buy more cars here and I recommend Byers highly."

A price range that we clearly explained. Cannot figure out why they did not show us the other vehicle. Plus, we later found out that the feature we did not like in the first vehicle was one that could have been easily swapped out...and if they had done that we would have met them on price. We ended up buying elsewhere and they missed two opportunities to sell us a vehicle."
