2009 Toyota Matrix XRS Review

“Great styling, great performance”
I like that this car has surround airbags even for the backseats. The XRS package has racing suspension and high-performance tires that really improve the handling but doesn't seem to 'harden' the ride much, if at all. It has above average efficiency and enough room to carry more than you'd expect.

name was... Ron? Spent time explaining different things to me
w/Internet sales & extra fees, etc. Even tho I told him I had put down a
deposit elsewhere.
I would not hesitate to do business w/Lexington for a future car. Also,
that call was backed up by a 2nd, a day later. Nice people. won't give
more than 3stars, b/c I didn't buy from them for a 'total' experience."

"I bought the vehicle from McGee Toyota and they were easy to deal
with and the transaction went smoothly. However, when I reported
there was a problem with one of the power windows, everything went
silent. I have not heard from the salesman or anyone else. Not even a
follow up call to ask about my experience. I am disappointed with the
dealership but not unhappy with the vehicle. I would suggest to the
dealership that there sales and/or customer care representative follow
up with a call to make sure the transaction went smoothly and the
customer is satisfied. A simple call or email goes a long way to
reassure a customer and iron out any wrinkles. "
