I picked the car up and actually had spent quite a bit of time at the dealership, waiting for the vehicle to be cleaned up. Which was surprising since I had already informed the sales person that I would be coming to look at the vehicle and if everything was okay would be purchasing it and picking it up that day. Since I was about 180 miles one way from the location. On my way back home I realized I had only been given one key. I called back to the dealership and told the salesman he had forgotten to give me the other key, he then replied that he didn't realize until he went to get the other key that it was not there. What makes this pretty shady is that instead of telling me the key was not available when he discovered that they didn't have it. Instead of him telling me this up front, he didn't say anything until I called back and asked about the other key. This wasn't customer service at its best."
