Avg. Dealer Rating: (1 review) "First weird sign I got was they never responded and I had to google them to find them. Second was said they drive the 2005 Prius I was interested in around. Another is when I first got there, I mentioned the Prius and they imediatly handed me a key without asking to see my license or anything. We drove the Prius 38 miles only. The dealership put on another 2,000 miles on it they said. When you turn the car left on the road, we (me my father and my sister) heard a slight scraping noise. The hybrid battery in it seemed to be more weak than it should be. I put the car in diagnostics mode. The aux battery was boarder line going dead. The break shoes were worn out. Had almost no padding. The mechanic said they had like 40,000 miles left on them after he looked at them. Lying to us. We know that even new break pads don't get more than 20,000 miles. The car ate a CD of mine. While I was trying to get it out, I told the mechanic that was there, wanting him to help me get the disc out and he just made a joke how his children still get a kick out of cassette tapes. The locking gas lid on the car was smashed in and it was hard to open and close it. Lastly the windshield wiper jets didn't work. We told all this to the salesman there. He said "well it's $8500 on the lot" as if we were lying. As a take it or leave it. And another is they said it has warrantee "on the lot". I looked them up online on the better business bureau and there was only one complaint on the warrantee. We think the car was in a collision. But we didn't enjoy it there. None of them there acted as they should have."
