We have owned for nearly one month in Anchorage Alaska and have replaced the stock tires with Bridgestone Blizzak tires. Traction and handling on ice and snow for the 4wd is amazing. I feel the the dealer blew me off since I was out of state. I've bought a 29 foot Luxury boat in NJ, a BMW in Delaware, A Classic musclecar in the southern most part of Maryland. All those deals went flawless..... without incident. I am serously disapointed with this dealership and would never waste my time trying to contact them again. "
