"They had a great car, put a deal together where I thought it wasn't possible, gave (sold) me a super warranty, AND promptly removed car from dealer and CarGuru website once deal was passed. Both Saturdays I was there they were slammed. Negative? Had only one key and did not apologize profusely and offer to get another as soon as humanly possible. I love my car, and wish I lived a little closer."

"They agreed to a price over the phone, and then in person. But when you go out to pick the exact car, color, etc. they do not happen to have ANY cars without additional packages added. $$$ So they have you hooked on a particular car, excited about the deal they have "agreed to", but "unfortunately" they have to charge you for what they have added. HONDA CARLAND ADDED pinstripes, splash guards, trunk tray and paint sealer to EVERY Civic, and always do. Then they "unfortunately" charged you for things you don't want or need. In additon, their dealer doc fees are $200 more than Milton Martin, and they refused to match the other dealer's fee. They are out to take advantage of you!! I was warned about their add ons.. now I pass that warning to you. BEWARE"
