Some cars do not pass....fortunately the following day this car did.My first tank of gas, fuel economy was miserably low.When I discovered that the two rear tires on my"certified toyota" were uniformly inflated to 26 psi and I filled them. I was glad to see there were no leaks and fuel economy on the second tank was great. This and a squealing belt however bashed my confidence in their thorough inspection. Would you believe there was no replacement belt in stock at this dealership,? This required to two visits to correct, All personnel, namely Johanna from service, was very professional and I can finally say thank you for taking care of my preowned car."

Coming from Ohio, my phone had died on my drive in and the boys found a phone charger to charge my phone, printed out directions for me for my drive home and also, they had picked me up from Hertz Rental Car when I first arrived. They were on top of everything. Courtney was also extremely helpful. She was very friendly (and funny), had a great personality and helped make all the paperwork quick and stress free, which was really nice because of the long drive ahead of me. Preston Motors was bigger than I expected and had been completely redone. It was meticulous and I was pleasantly surprised. I would recommend them to anyone!"
