"While the car shopping process was easy because I have purchased vehicles at this dealership in the past there were a couple of improvements that could be made. 1) The car was not detailed very well, I found a hair pull back, a piece of popcorn and torn paper in the vehicle. Also the manager never came out and said Thank you for buying but looked at me quite a few times as I walked through the doors. I believe this would have been a good opportunity to solidify the relationship. "
