Noticed that they had just posted the car again an hour earlier online so I called and spoke with the manager. Advised that they had a serious buyer that was waiting on them but instead of calling me back, they decided to repost the car. Manager stated that he wasn't interested in my trade after I told him his car sales experience was lacking in the customer service dept. Also, he hung up the phone on me when I started asking questions about the car considering they have been selling like crazy and they've been hard to find. They've had this one for 3 months and are selling it for alot lower than most dealerships within a 500 mile radius. It is the 2005 Subaru Impreza WRX STI, and they were coming off the price down to16k. If you look at this car, GET A COMPRESSION TEST DONE BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING! ALSO GET A CARFAX HISTORY REPORT DONE TO ENSURE IT HAS NO TITLE ISSUES. I'm a very smart buyer and do my research beforehand, that really must have scared them considering they acted the way that they did. "

The car I inquired about was only a couple of years old had scratches on both sides of the car, which they had filled in very poorly with paint, and the interior was badly worn. During negotiation the sales person wanted to add the cost of fixing these issues into the cost of the car. They also attempted to add dealership fees to the cost of the car. Of course, I walked away from this dealership. I would NOT recommend Toyota of Louisville to anyone. "
