They fit the stereotyped "nightmare dealer". I went in to test drive 3 Sequoia. I called ahead and verified all 3 where still there and asked to have them all available when I came in, he said "sure not a problem". None where there when I arrived (an hour after I called) Come to find out, one was nowhere to be found at all, one was sold and sitting on another lot, the 3rd had 120k miles on it and over priced. I decided to drive a 4runner, I liked it and went to make an offer, (hour later after they appraised my car) the "manager" came in with his offer on their car, full sticker and way over priced. $29k is what they were quoting, after some heavy arguing they would not budge on their price. Kept telling me it was a special 4 runner, nothing special about it, it was red! I did my homework, I knew what vehicles were worth. I demanded my car keys back that they couldn't find all of the sudden. (over an hour to find them). I had been approved financially through both my bank and Toyota and asked to see their numbers so I can compare them side by side, they would not let me talk to the finance manager. I got up and walked outside and waited for my keys to be returned, when they did show up I headed straight to my car with the sales man chasing me. I told him when they decided to get serious about selling a car to call me back. I went home that evening, looked that very truck up online, I was furious, It was 5k cheaper on their own website!!!!!! I called them back and told them what for. They tried every lame tactic to sell a car, I feel so sorry for those that are not educated on how to buy a car and worry how many people are being ripped off by them. I have noticed that 3 months later (still no purchase) they are still advertising the Sequoia that was sold the day I went down there but the car fax states that it was sold weeks ago. They have dishonest sales approach. Run AWAY!! there is no vehicle there anyone needs bad enough to be scammed by them. They low ball your car, over sell theirs, and advertise vehicles they do not even have. If you feel you have to buy from them, bring your laptop and research the car you are buying on their own website right in front of them. But buyer beware. I have since discovered from other female friends, they tried the same tactics with them. I have not met any men that have purchase from them. A buddy of mine is a fleet manager to all the local dealerships, he told me to run away from a Poe lot!!! Car shopping can be fun and it doesn't not have to be a nightmare experience. There are good sales people out there and good dealerships, you have to find the right one. I have found the best place around el paso is BMW. Their salesmen have patiences and don't care if you are buying new or used, European or domestic, just want to make sure you have what you want and need! "
