"Overall, it was a good experience. I'm a picky buyer, and I'm also not fond of the stereotypical "car sale." For the most part, it was a relaxed experience, they were patient with me, and everyone asked if I was being attended to (better than some other shops I visited). There was a "salesly" part to the close of the deal, where the extended warranty was discussed, and when I met the used car manager, he came across as though I had irritated him already, and we had just met. That part didn't feel as receptive as I'd like. My salesperson, Liz, was engaging and conversational, and I would recommend and refer to her for others in the process."

"This is a very deceptive business, i was ask to come look and drive the 2002 escalade, advertised.
i showed up the following day, the sals dept. stated that vehicle had sold the saturday before.
i feel this grand buick dealership uses sucker ad's just to get you into there dealership, they said we do have a newer black one, if i wanted to see it..
i did not .. ( very deceptive dealership davertising )
