Avg. Dealer Rating: (2 reviews) "Horrible experience and customer service. I went to car lot with my uncle who is a mechanic to view Chevy Monte Carlo. It took 20 minutes before we were even approached by unprofessional sales man dressed with “thong sandals” Car wouldn’t even start up, we needed to jump car. My uncle noticed plenty of things wrong with car. 1. Transmission fluid was filled to VERY TOP 2. Motor can from a junk yard, that still had junk yard writing on it 3. Lied to about miles on car, nor had transmission EVER been serviced. 4. Green color fluid, which was the wrong kind of fluid in vehicle. 5. Car needing a Jump?? 6. Car being sold for 4,500 with all the things wrong with vehicle… unwilling to lower price When I asked “salesmen” How they got car I was told two different stories. Car was donated then it went from car being bought at an auction for $3,000. When my uncle called “salesmen” out on all what was wrong with car, “salesmen’ got very RUDE and defensive! **** The icing on cake*** When we asked to test drive car, we were told that he needed our car insurance to take car off lot, even though car is supposed to be insured by them... Never in my life have I EVER went to a CAR DEALERSHIP to TEST drive a car and was asked for my auto insurance."
