I dealt with a sales manager named Ray who was very friendly and helpful. I was able to negotiate the vehicle price close enough to what I felt it was worth and closed the sale. There were no pressure sales tactics, no hidden expenses, no game playing of any kind. To put it simply, I was treated fairly. I got a very nice vehicle for a competitive price. Ray was very straightforward at all times - no issues with him. What I could have done without is the other people (salesmen, finance manager) shaking my hand and trying to be my pal. I knew what I wanted and didn't want and found them to be a little annoying- but really just a minor inconvenience. I would recommend this firm to others looking for a used vehicle. I just really appreciated not being misled or played with. "
