"I asked them what their policy was about taking a car for an inspection and they wouldn't answer the question. They kept sending me emails asking if I had any questions and I could call or email my questions but still wouldn't reply about taking the car for an inspection. I found them to be very insincere. I told them in an email what I thought about them and I guess they didn't care. They never replied to me negative comments. Meanwhile, the car that I was interested in is still there."

I cancelled the sale based on my experience with the back of house and requested by email and phone conversations that my deposit and other charges be credited to my credit card. A week later, I found that those charges had not been credited. Stay away for International Autos Orland Park."
