Got a new vehicle at Invoice Price with some good financing, HOWEVER, finance officer was a bit pushy with ''extended warranty'' offers. Not taking the initial ''NO" for an answer they pressed us on to accept something we had buyer regret about a few hours later. Was a big hassle to get that off our contract. Some mis-information regarding the process of removing the $1500 add-on from our car loan. Turns out you have to go to the financial institution to ''reject'' this warranty and they will re-work the loan. Subaru should ''coach'' their sales force to not be so aggressive with these options and also help out customers who want them removed w/in a 48-hr period a little better. Overall experience with Charleston Subaru was better than others in the area. This was our 2nd Subaru in 5 years."
