Love my car, being older you have to take the good with the bad. But shes real solid and hauls all my dive gear with out slowing down. Not the fastest car out there, by any means. Bad acceleration too. But like I said, she gets me where i need to go with what i have to take with me for the job.,.... plus I think shes pretty :)

"Purchased a used vehicle from this dealer and found several things wrong with the vehicle after purchase, the dealer would not even address a $60 issue to satisfy a customer. I was told the car was sold as is and they discounted it enough to cover anything that may be wrong. They also low balled the trade in I had. and wouldn't budge on a $100 difference. This is the worst case of customer service or lack there of that i have ever dealt with."

"Dealer ad was for Traverse and when called was told vehicle was there and come for test drive. When arrived, no such vehicle was available but the salesperson would be glad to show another vehicle. Staff is rude, dishonest. When asked to speak to manager was told by him that they run a professional dealership and did not believe this occurred so I guess we were lying ! Manager also said that he looked up vehicle we were talking about and no such vehicle found. Traverse is STILL listed in all ads including internet.
Our goal was to purchase a vehicle and we know what our budget is and what our family needs are. We purchased vehicle 100 miles away. "
