He told me that before I drive down 4.5 or so hours, he wanted to make sure that I know that the car has a salvage title. I would recommend dealing with them. The only reading that I'm grading them down a little is that they didn't list the title status online in the advertisement. So you have to contact them in order to find out. But other than that, the guy seemed friendly and was willing to help in finding you a car that will work for you. I did not purchase from these guys so can't rate that part of their practice."

Avg. Dealer Rating: (3 reviews) "I got terrible customer service from a wide range of staff after I purchased a car from them. I live about 2.5 hours away, so I was trying to deal with the mechanical issues that arouse less than 24hrs. after I got the car home over the phone. After a month of staff admitting they don't answer their voicemail and refusing and failing to deliver messages for me I had to stop by on my way home from vacation for any sort of solution to arise. I have a friend that bought a car from them right before I did. He had a little better experience, but his sales person drove his new car over to Grants Pass for him and they ate their lunch in the car leaving chip crumbs all over. I didn't know this at the time I bought my car, but they do have a referral program. I don't know how much it is exactly because the GM told me it was $100 and my salesperson argued with me saying it was only $50. I was trying to get it for that same friend that just bought a car from them right before I did and I also had him go and check the car out before I drove down myself. My salesperson argued with me and said he was not going to be able to get my friend the referral check because of my situation, first seeing the car online and TC splitting the cost of some of the repairs with me. Not sure when arguing with a customer over $50-$100 would be o.k., especially since it's their incentive program and they just sold two cars."
