The salesperson Deon Shaumburg was excellent with his follow-up e-mails and introduction to the dealership and the car. (unlike AMG who never ever replied) He had the car pulled aside for me when I got there and we immediately looked it over and took it for a good long test drive. Back at the dealership, negotiations went as expected and of course they hit me with a very low figure for my trade to get things started. However, I was so impressed, (mostly with Deon) with how I'd been treated up to that point, they actually bumped me much more than I'd expected to give in to. All in all, though I think I ended up paying them a little too much for an 80,000 mile car, (my fault not theirs) the experience was a really good one for me and I left there happy that day in my "new" 2010 Prius V with all the bells and whistles clanging. I hope that Deon, in particular, benefits from my "paying a little too much" because he deserves it and repped his dealership well. They're (from what I've seen so far) a good outfit and a real asset to the Toyota brand. (now we'll see how followups for the "free" oil changes and service goes over the next 3 years)"
