"There were issues with tire sensor not resolved. I was sent to a local
business to get satellite radio quote since I was led to believe the
car had a sat radio. Had to call dealership and was told I would be
called last Wednesday It is now Tuesaday and no one has called.
As usual once they get the money, the buyer is no longer important.
Might buy another Toyota but not from Kia of Anderson. "

"I was not happy to have been told on the phone that an online RAV4 was available and then after driving a bit over an hour, finding out that it, too, had been sold the night before. (I was told about another that had been sold the night before.) At any rate, although I paid a bit too much for the 2008 RAV4 that I got, a couple of the guys at Jim Barkley, such as Dean Plemmons, were very nice and helpful, especially when we ran to the Credit Union to get the loan close to 5:30 p.m. Because traffic was bumper to bumper and had come to a dead standstill, we tried using my daughter's Smart phone to find another way back and got very lost, which meant that we got back to the dealership very late. They were all very nice and understanding, so, yes, we had a good experience!"
