For a big company that should not matter that much (that 175 matter a lot to us) but they will do what they can to make a buck. They knew we wanted the car (was in great condition) but used that info so they could get every penny possiable. Took over 4hours to sign the papers... was a slow moving process. "

He then tried to steer me toward a much bigger and more expensive vehicle. As I was doing the purchase paperwork at a different dealer, the first sales rep called wondering if I was still coming, told her what the guy told me, she checked the computer and said there were still 2 showing, maybe they were at their other location - he never mentioned that there WAS a different location. Lack of communication between sales staff needs improvement. Rebecca followed up the next day with me wanting my feed-back and apologized for the confusion; never have heard back from Dirk."
