Well, paperwork wasn't even started and the finance guy that did finally grab the paperwork did so because we had been there so long. He was the only guy that actually helped us. The rest of the sales team, whiched was way over staffed, were just sitting around and not seeming to want to help or assist or even really be too friendly. "
