Avg. Dealer Rating: (5 reviews) "Not sure I can articulate in a small paragraph how disappointed I was. Bought a certified Jeep...Got a mile down the road and noticed a very loud noise. Rear differential issue that rendered my vehicle useless for two weeks. My sales rep could not be found...Service department NEVER called back. I had to bring it to another dealership to be diagnosed and repaired. About as a sickening of a feeling as one could have. This was an epic fail on the part of the dealership to let a CERTIFIED vehicle pass Chrysler's rigorous inspection process with a massive drivetrain issue that even someone with no automotive experience such as myself detected within a few minutes of driving the vehicle. Had to call Vice President of dealership to get any response. They talked a good game about trying to make good but in the end they left me on my own. I couldn't even get my garage door opener from my old car which I inadvertently left behind. I can't recommend this dealership. They played games with me on my sales contract all while smiling and pretending to be my friend. I guess that's where the phrase "BUYER BEWARE" comes from."
