Some may see that as efficient, but it tells me that there is poor internal communication. Not one of half dozen people I spoke with could tell me anything about the car, which is really the point of speaking with someone about buying a car... Car had clearly been wrecked and very poorly repaired, which attests to the condition of the vehicles taken in. On the plus side, no one had to be dishonest about the condition of the car since no one knew anything about it. I've also received more than a handful of emails telling me to "rate my experience." I was going to ignore the requests as I didn't care, but since I got a half dozen- here you are folks."
