I survived the encounter with "turnover" staff who did their best to convince me that the "deal" was good, but, in the end, I was not convinced and walked. I did not feel unduly badgered during negotiations which I would characterize as "moderate pressure". I take away one star for not providing privacy for customer during negotiations (all conversation took place in the public waiting area) and one star for failing to progress the close (extended discussion with no written counter offer and graceless dismissal). To his credit, Salesman seemed aware of the damage and attempted to reset the stage for possible future business. "
