"I purchased a certified Toyota from them with a "we owe" to replace my windshield since it had two major chips in it. The company that they sent to replace the windshield did so, but there were defects in the windshield and I need to have the job redone. I also noticed that the windshield was not an OEM part, perhaps the reason for the defects. I requested an OEM windshield from Toyota and was denied, even though at the time of the sale I was assured over and over again that the replacement windshield would be exactly the same as the dealer windshield originally installed at the time of sale. As with any dealer, please be sure to get everything in writing, especially when doing business with Toyota of Apex."
