I took it in to a tire shop in Bentonville and found that the used late model vehicle I just bought had been freshly undercoated over a completely rusted and corroded underbody. They have a 3 day exchange policy at Lewis. When I took it back I was charged $4,000 over fair value for another vehicle. Now I get heart burn every time I drive it. When I took the first vehicle back, the alarm started sounding and the service manager came out and ripped the wires out of the horn to silence it. I still lose sleep over the deal. How could I have been so stupid? I recently had spent a month in the hospital, they seen me coming. I am retired on a fixed income and handicapped. Thanks Lewis Ford. You are such sweethearts! I'll never forget you!!!!!! I'm trying to sell it at a $,4000 discount below what I paid. with NO luck."

He said he had walked out to see it and it had 2 small scratches that would "buff out". I spoke to him at least 4 times during that morning before I arrived at the dealership. The car had too many dings and scratches to count, the inside was badly marred and scratched and the seat was ripped. The car wouldn't start and he finally determined it was a "bad" key which left one working key for the vehicle. To top it off, the rear tire was flat. He obviously hadn't even looked at the car before I got there. When I told him I wasn't interested, he proceeded to try to sell me a much more expensive car while offering me the lowest trade-in I had received on my car yet. It was a circus there - no ethical standards from what I could tell. Waste of a day."
