The only email I received was their automatic email saying they'll be in touch with me soon. But I didn't want to miss out on the vehicle so I decided to just call and the salesman I was connected to was helpful and called me back each time he said he would. Unfortunately the car was being sold as I called but he still kept me updated all the way until it was signed on just incase the sale didn't go thru. So unless the online manager was out sick or on vacation ( those are the only reasons I can think of for not responding to me ever ) , I might've had a chance on that vehicle. I didn't get a vehicle from this dealership but I was happy with the salesman who took my calls. I would suggest to anyone to try calling instead of emailing."

The whole time the salesman was doing the paper work he was getting phone calls. Apparently from another sales man regarding the jeep. Everything was set and ready to go. He was writing up the temp plates when the same person called and he handed me the phone. The guy on the phone told me he could not sell me the jeep because someone left a $20.00 deposit on it 2 weeks ago. I ask him if he was kidding and told him I had the cash sitting on the desk in front of his salesman. He then explained to me that he was gonna get way more for the jeep by getting this other person financed. I told him fine and left without the jeep. Souinded like they were willing to work with the person on the financing because they were going to rip her off. They were going to get $2000 more then they even advertised the jeep for. Oh, well. Stay away!! "

I told them I wanted a 60 month loan term/ ended up with a 72 month loan term for a $12,995.00 car. with all their fees and whatever else they borrowed/ oh I borrowed it came out to $18,000.00+ for a $12,995.00 car. I am SO guilty of not reading my paper work and signing. I always READ my paper work, but they had me come out there late in the evening then I had to wait 2.5 hrs, and we had kids with us. I had even told the finance person I'd come out in the morning but he insisted I come out that evening.So how much damage could be done with a $12,995.00 car. ALOT Upon entering He asked did I want to pay xxx or pay xxx a month. I wanted to be sure I had the extended warranty, so that was the more payment. When I finally get home after 9:30pm,I read over the papers. I have life insurance on this car/ all kinds of accessory fees...The list goes on and on. When I finally get in touch with the finance manager, He tells me NO One could have told me I could have a 60 month loan term...Get this...They don't do 60 month loan terms!!!! Yeap. So read and don't assume they are following your wishes at this dealership because they have their own plans in mind. I only rated ok because the salesman was really nice. The rest is *&^%$#."
