" I made an offer on a vehicle they had, the same as I did with approx 4 other dealerships for a BMW 3 series. I honestly overlooked that their ad said the price was firm. I got a reply from the guy who said it was his business & he was the rudest businessman I've ever encountered. He litterally called me an idiot & said I probably can't read. He went on & on about where he got the car & how long he had to detail it & so on & so on. I couldn't believe it.
But I will say that out of all the offers I made that day. everyone of the other dealerships were very curtious & professional."

They made me a more than fair offer the first time and there was no back and forth to check with a sales manager. Their vehicle was priced $1650 below market value and they game me $1000 more for my trade in than I had anticipated.
