I didn't need to go to their showroom. I know what I'm looking for. The truck they had listed was only bait to get me to come in to the shop. Sharks trying to get me into the water. I'm not looking for a relationship with a salesman, I'm looking for a truck. I found one elsewhere from somebody who offered a price, we negotiated, I'm buying it this week. That's how you sell a car online. You get to be a salesman when someone comes in to your store to look around, not when inquiring about a specific listing on a web site."
