Car was not clean or ready for test drive when I arrived for scheduled appointment. Lastly, they undervalued my trade-in by 1500 $. The carfax was less than stellar, with multiple owners and a car auction in the history. When I didn't take their deal, they did the classic, "let me see..." and came back with improved value for my trade-in. They had "gotten a call" that verified the value! I don't respond to unscrupulous sales tactics, and I don't believe there's a magical wizard in the office who burps out erroneous values or assigns cars with features they don't have. I left the subpar car and the subpar dealers in Greenville. "
