"Friendly people at the dealership and nothing wrong with the purchased used car once ready to be delivered, but the various administrative functions one has to deal with (phone operator, salesman, financial manager, title manager, service & parts) seem to be uncoordinated leaving the customer in the middle guessing what to believe. Can be aggravating. I hope this was a fluke and they normally do better."
