was not dead but not charged from sitting in the lot .. the salesman
seems like he did not make sure my truck was "pickup ready".. Also there
is an auto starter on it that he had no idea about and I have to bring it
back so they can get it working or take it out."

"Didn't buy a car from them but Josh and Casey helped me make the right decision. They are upfront, honest and aware of how other dealers like may mislead a potential customer for a deal. In my case, bertera nissan did a bait and switch on a free tire's for life deal. The deal had many contigencies which were never shared with me until the last minute. Not a good practice.
