"Alex said he would return my calls after I gave him information for a loan. When I would call him he said he didn't have an answer from his finance department. This went on for two days, with my calling him. I bought a car from another agency with approval from their finance company within ten minutes. I told Alex I was a serious buyer. He lost a sale because of his very poor follow up."

"I had to do some dickering with them, but in the end I got what I wanted, and believe the price to be fair for both parties. (My savings-Their profit). Had the vehicle for 1 day and an issue arose with the tranny. Took it back to them, and they offered to release me from our agreement with no hassle. Told them I wanted the truck, so they are ordering new parts and fixing it at this very moment. Great attitude from Gene the General Sales Mgr. and Scott Stricklin our immediate sales person. Well worth the 1 hr. and 15 min. drive to do business with. The review states Expressway Ford, but I actually acquired the Truck from Expressway Jeep which is right next door."
