“02 Olds Alero”
So far a very good car, powerful V6 sounds nice in higher rpms, very comfortable leather interior, parts are fairly inexpensive, stock stereo is nice, good sound. The handleing is superb, better than most cars ive driven, a few minor glitches with the electronics but nothing major for a 7 year old car

"Horrible horrible horrible. In three words. These guys have the transmission listed wrong. Then, when i call them to inquire about the auto climate control, the salesman responds he doesn't know how to check. I explained to him the difference and still didn't get it. I then asked him to send me a picture via email. He responds, "we don't really use the email."

purchased the car for a great price. The salesperson guaranteed
state inspection and said the dealer would pay 100% of any cost
that would prevent getting a state certification. Unfortunately the
vehicle did not pass VA state inspection and the dealership refused
to reimburse cost of making the necessary repairs to get the vehicle
safety certified. Price of vehicle and experience otherwise was great
but the dealership's failure to honor their guarantee is the reason for
the poor rating."
