"We called about a car and asked about all fee's they charge they stated they had only a 195$ transfer fee they new we were driving from Ia. Got there made the deal they brought out the paper work and they wanted to charge an additional $125 out of state fee.We drove 6.5 hrs. They lied about fee's when asked point blank.We left and they lost a sale."

"Ryan the salesman that my husband was dealing with called and told us that the van we were looking at just dropped in price to what we could afford. He said he would put it aside for us and we made an appointment to see him the following day. When we got there he told us it was sold. It sold the night before. He then said he could not put it aside without money down. Why the heck did he call and say he would put it aside for us and then set up an appointment for us to come in with no mention of money down?. I feel it was poor salesmanship. Don't call a person and tell them you will put it aside and set up an appointment then sell it out from under a person and then make up the excuse I could not put it aside without money down. He is the one that called and said he would put it aside for us. He is the one that made the appointment for us to come in to look at it again. I want an honest salesman. Not one that would lie.
