But we ended up with a car that gets better way gas milage, was the all wheel drive that we needed for where we live and came with a 3 year warranty, so we actually felt like we got a much better car with more bang for our buck. Their sales people are straight up - fair price from the get go, prepared vehicle for sale per their safety check. Direct, fair, honest interactions. Car in excellent condition. Very professional. I did not purchase that car, and they were more than gracious and understanding (they were holding the car for me, then I backed out --- I was not very considerate). Re the Honda Element, again they offered fair price with 'no muss no fuss'. The car was sold before I could make a decision - my fault not theirs. I would highly recommend them for purchase of new or used car.
