"It took several attempts by email before they replied. They hiked the price way up, lied about it, and would not come down barely at all even though the car has been sitting on the lot for a very long time and we would have paid the whole amount all at once. Horrible communication. Said they called and emailed us multiple times when they did not. Test drive only 3 mile radius allowed, including mechanic inspection. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone, and would not be surprised if the car we were interested in was not truthfully reported, or was in poorer condition than what it says."

"Everyone took time out of their day to personally help me with the
purchase of my used suv! From Dave Thomas my salesman who acted
more like my dad than a sales person to the finance manager who cut my
rate 3 different times, everyone did what was in their power to help me.
This dealership is very old fashioned and will bend over backwards to
show how well they treat their customers. I was giving hugs as I walked
out with my new keys. If I had to say anything negative, it would have
been nice to not have to go straight to the gas station with my fresh off
the lot suv."
