"A typical car dealership experience: "Josh", the salesman, was very helpful,
nice, and not at all pushy. "Pete", in the finance department was ok to deal
with too, but when he wasn't getting anywhere on trying to sell $2900 in
extras for a warranty, etc., the big boss "Mitch" came in to put on the
pressure tactics. When no eventually meant no, Mitch's body language
made it VERY clear he was not a happy camper. I understand an attempt to
sell you more, but when you say "no thanks", drop the pressure tactics,
extend a hand and a smile and say, "Congratulations on your new car and
thanks for your business!". "
