To the credit of Rick's Auto Sales, this is the FIRST time a dealer/salesperson has actually taken the time to respond as per my request and contacted me via email and NOT PHONE...almost immediately. Good job! I wish I lived a little closer. Will be looking in the next few months for a replacement for our old Cherokee to drag the old boat around...and for those heavy ice/snow days when we can't get the truck out of the old shop when the doors freeze shut lol. (keeping it inside is a far sight better than letting the birds do their thing to it!) I'll be sure to check back with Rick's Auto Sales when we're ready. Dealer Rating: (2 reviews) "it talked to lee and john on the phone about a 2002 yukon xl. i asked them to do a run arund the yukon an tell what they could tell me about the thing good or bad. they said it looked really nice that i should drive down an look at it. i live in dubuque, ia. so i wanted it to as nice as thy said before i would drive 208 mi. round trip. they said it was a one owner veh. that i shoudnt wait to long to look at it ...it will go fast. so i drve down saturday morning. i got out of my car walked up to the yukon and i could see rust on the rear panel and than i looked at the hood and roof, it was full of hail damage. no one seemed to want to tell me that before l drove all that way. need less to say it was a wasted trip for me. they were not up front with me. i wood not do any bussiness with them ever . i wasted my day and it cost me 60.00 dollars in gas.thanks guys for not being up front with me wasnt the right thing to do."
