The day the vehicle was traveling to meet me it was turned around due to the driver having a family emergency, the dealer rescheduled for the following day and then reschedule again for the next day after the that. The dealer finally comes clean and says that the driver did not know how to drive a manual vehicle and burned out the clutch and was in the process of recieving new parts for the vehicle. The dealer did not even give me the courtesy of giving my a price cut or a warranty. So if there is a buyer looking into a 2008 honda civic si at this dealership I caution you in purchasing this vehicle."

Upon my arrival I found that the exhaust had been modified and wouldn't pass emissions in VA. Five Star's response was "tough luck", and to take it or leave it since "we're not making any money with this deal". There was no mention in their ad of the aftermarket exhaust and no mention by their sales person, although he shared with me their service center inspection, which had made note of it. My request was that it be put back to stock condition, which they declined. There was no apology or offer of amends for taking the day off and spending hundreds of dollars to get there. I simply left. I can't recommend this dealer for anybody doing business with them remotely and caution anyone to have any used car checked out by a third party. "
