Made an appointment to look at 1 car(which I called & asked if salesperson knew car was still available,she said yes I can see the car )she ,couldn't find the car ,finally found ,then couldn't find the key.The minute we got there,they handed us a credit report form BEFORE we test drove car,had not even looked at car yet!Spent over 2 hours there ,waste of time ! They also emailed and called several times to verify our appointment in the 1 1/2 after I made appointment -it was really frustrating they kept confirming.I have credit score of 795,had been preapproved by my credit union,had $7,000 to put down & they still tried to get all my financial information before I even test drove a car.I am 24 yrs old ,Thank Goodness someone was with me that told me not to let them run my credit right off the bat! "
