Avg. Dealer Rating: (6 reviews) "I made an offer on a Wrangler SE that was accepted with no counter by Five Star, after which I planned a 700+ mile trip to pick up the vehicle. Upon my arrival I found that the exhaust had been modified and wouldn't pass emissions in VA. Five Star's response was "tough luck", and to take it or leave it since "we're not making any money with this deal". There was no mention in their ad of the aftermarket exhaust and no mention by their sales person, although he shared with me their service center inspection, which had made note of it. My request was that it be put back to stock condition, which they declined. There was no apology or offer of amends for taking the day off and spending hundreds of dollars to get there. I simply left. I can't recommend this dealer for anybody doing business with them remotely and caution anyone to have any used car checked out by a third party. "
