After not hearing anything for 2 days, I proceeded to call the dealership; again, no response. Come to find out they were CLOSED on memorial day, even though their website advertised a memorial DAY sale stating the "barbeques will wait the deals won't" I finally got a hold of a salesman that Tuesday after calling again and he was able to verify the van was still available. I scheduled a test drive the next day (after speaking to him 3 times the day before and twice the day of). The salesman stated he would be there until 8 pm that night; since we live an hour away and I got out of work at 6. I was very excited because I was already sold on the vehicle, until the salesman left a message on my cell phone not 4 hours later stating that the vehicle sold and he'd be leaving at 5 instead of 8, but we were welcome to come down and testdrive something else with someone else!!!! So would not recommend this dealership! I've been in sales for 12 years and have never experience anything like this!"

Now this is about $4000 below what everybody else is selling them for.He asked "would you like to come in tomorrow to see it. I was excited said I be there in an hour.(40 minute drive one way) When I got there the salesman was not there and the car was not there.Was asked would I like to look at another car.I declined walked to my car and was annoyed I wasted an 11/2 hour trip. The salesman knew that car was not there. That was B.S."

We then proceed to tske a look at the car. I ask the rep if we can take it gor a tedt drive and he states that we should fill out paper work. This has never happened to me in other dealerships. Rep states asking price is 31k when i tell him i want to but it out, he goes speaks to a manager and trlls me 35k. I ask if its negotiable, he said no without attempting to work out a deal with me. I would not recommend this dealership yo anyone!"
