"I liked my salesperson, but the dealership itself is overpriced and a bit sneaky. I went to look at a car that was advertised. It was hidden around the corner and the keys were not in the normal place. Another salesman had them for HIS customer that was coming in later. The prices on the cars were 1000-3000 over the going rate. I got the same "We don't operate on a very high margin" line, yet unless they were really poor at negotiating trade-ins, they would have been making $4000 on the sale, which is a pretty good margin. Since my negotiation 4 months ago with another dealership got me a car with everyone happy, this was a much worse experience."

"This place is absolutely terrible! The sales manager responded to an email I sent in regards to an offer I had made to purchase a car from his dealership. He responded promptly and made a deal with me about the price of the car. I told him I would be there within the week. I drove 2 hours to the dealership. After I test drove the car I was ready to fill out the paperwork to purchase the car. That's when things got a little went bad. The "Sale Manager" ( the person I had been emailing the entire time) said he must have made a clerical error and could not sell me the car for the price he quoted and agreed on before I made the trip there. He offered another price and I disgusted told him to forget it. This is a classic example of bate and switch!"
