The Finance Manager first told me I was approved then called me after I signed an put money down. Had the car for already a week when I was called back saying I wasn't approved. Unless I put 10,000 down. I was ready to give the car back until my car sales went an asked the main boss if he could find me a bank that would finance me. Thank god he did. I am very happy with my sales man Oscar. Thank you Oscar ;)"

The sales manager and general manger were the worst, saying, "they can go somewhere else," when I requested to have the car checked by my mechanic. Obviously loud enough for me to hear and knowing very well they have a big sign up in the office saying they may do so. In a nut shell they gave me a buy or leave attitude. They have robots working there. The entire Selma auto is this way, was harassed. Only 2 out of 7-8 people I dealt with there showed a heart beat. Ruben was good. I was looking for a Kia Soul, I really want one but the demand is high and just about every dealer is selling them used for more than the cost of them when they came out in 2010. But these guys are brutal, I don't fathom how a general manager can have such awful customer service skills. "
