We originally went in looking for a used Honda , he showed us the 2012 nisson altima. The car had alloy wheels and I now come to realize that it was their signature package. He said they were getting rid of their 2012s and the price was great. H quoted $18, 900. We liked the car but decided to look around. After a couple of days my husband spoke to Jona than and asked him what the bottom line on that car was Jonathan said between $17,900 and $18,300. Since we are cautious we spent an entire day going to different dealers pricing this car. No one could match that price for the signature model. That late afternoon we went back to Hudson to write the deal with Jonathan. Jonathan just smiled and said he had made a mistake. Not only was the price misquoted but the orignal $18,900 quote was for the basic nisson altima not the sgnature. I can't tell you how upset we were. His manager said anyone can make a mistake. This practice is called low balling and bate & switching. This dealer was really playing games and their behavior was comtemptable and insulting . We have been to mumerous dealers, they were the worst. It appeared that the salesperson got a kick out of our fustration. very sleazy. "
